Last night I dreamt of a childhood friend—funny, smart, singing her heart out on stage—woke me up to my fear of being heard and seen. Today’s tarot, Queen of Stones and The Mirror (Hanged Man), tells me to stand strong like a bear, protecting what’s tender, even when it hurts. This Substack is my space to explore healing—through tarot, crystals, Bergamot’s optimism, and the messy truths of being human. It’s not about ignoring the world’s pain--most especially that of children and their parents in Palestine, but finding ways to cope with it.
